About
My name is Jose Luis Saraiva, I am Portuguese.
I live in Lisbon near Lisbon International Airport.
My interest in aviation photography started in 2003, when I spent some time on Lisbon Airport (LPPT). In that time I used my first camera, a 1.3 megapixel Canon Power Shot A10.
In 2005, I met a friend and aviation photographer from the UK, Colin Johnson, and he introduced me to me the wider opportunities of aviation photography. From this moment I started traveling to take photos of aircraft on a variety of airports, air shows and air base visits.
To me, every photo is a challenge, a challenge to immortalize a moment in time.
This website contains a wide variety of aircraft photos from recent air shows and base visits.
